ok just to share what I do;
-do ALL house chores ; be it cuci keta parents, mop lantai, lap tingkap, vacum carpet, cuci toilet, sapu daun kering, gardening. yeah I do all that on a weekly basis, and trust me it works.
-jangan diet wey. blasah je makan semua. but air kosong minum banyak.
-stay active. tak buat sports pun takpe. just jadi hyper.
bleh kurus lah!

mlm jgn makan heavy.. kalu bole nasi jgn byk makan.. coz nasi tu kanji.. biar lauk byk..nasi kurang...
pagi breakfast, makan yg heavy2 its ok.. tgh hari makan nasi 1/2 sje lauk lebih takpe.. mlm dont eat nasi ok... yg penting air mineral kena byk minum... coz air tu lagi bagus dr minum manis2.. kalu bole makan makanan yg rebus2 lagi bagus.. bole mengurangkan kalori.. serius.. berat badan bole kurang.. bukan secara mendadak ok.. tp its take time tau...
kalu nk cepat sgt kurus.. ko makan then ko muntah balik.. hahahaha (dont do this...danger ok!! not good for you!)

Haaa... beta cadangkan... cadangan ditutop! kes kes kes... alaaa... e'en... ko amek la lemak hakuu nih... ada baeknya... lalala... alaaa... ko lompat bintang tetiap hari sblm tdo... pehtu... buat latih tubi 100x... eh salah... tekan tubi... hahaha
riena: nasi tu memanggil laaa.. lagi2 aku dok teman bob break at 10pm, mesti nampak ayam kunyit n kailan ikan masin..waduh! mane bole resist!!! hahahaha
